Not only did our Limited Race receive a completely new and improved frame, it also got the full component treatment with a race-worthy Shimano 3x10 drive train, air-sprung suspension fork and hydraulic disc brakes. With this component pick the Limited Race is ready for the occasional battle on the race course as well as regular trail rides. FRAME For 2015 our Limited Series frames have received a number of updates to make them lighter, stiffer and more efficient. The Limited Race features double butted 6061 aluminium tubes, chain stay mounted IS disc tabs, internal cable routing, a PressFit bottom bracket and a new tapered head tube. By using a 27.2mm seat post diameter we were able to make this top frame ride even more comfortably. Our Agile Ride Geometry ensures the LTD Race is balanced and nimble on the trail - regardless of wheel size. COMPONENTS With the 3x10 Shimano Deore drive train, upgraded with the rear derailleur and Compact chainset from the legendary XT group, you can rely on smooth and precise shifting even under load. Up front the 100mm Manitou Marvel LTD Air fork provides maximumcontrol and comfort while shaving off lots of weight thanks to the alloy steerer tube. The wheels are built in-house with durable Shimano XT Centerlock hubs and CUBE ZX24 rims. Stopping is handled by the very dependable Deore disc brakes. In true CUBE fashion everything is colour matched and completed with high-quality CUBE Performance components.
